  • If you like group Pilates, you must visit this new studio. This is a fantastic space with professional and personalized instruction. I really liked that each practice station is preset with an all-new and extensive apparatus suite so the session moves quickly from Reformer to mat to Springboard (Cadillac) to Chair with balls, hand weights, Magic Circle, Jumpboard etc. right at hand (no scrambling to gather equipment, taking turns or sharing apparatus). I have been to many studios in town and this is easily one of the best equipped - if you haven't tried all of these tools in your practice you will enjoy the variety. The routine Michelle took me through was familiar but with additions that made for a fresh and challenging workout. I liked the inclusion of hand weights and appreciated the frequent stretches during the hour-long class. Michelle paid close attention to my form and offered feedback and correction, and also took the time to lead me through a series of stretches to help my sore neck. Her style was friendly and approachable as well as knowledgeable. They are offering deals through Groupon and Living Social right now, but even without a promo, their package prices are the best I have come across.
