  • I purchased shrimp at $31 per pound and the shrimp were frozen when I went to serve them. Really - frozen cooked shrimp at that price? I then proceeded to send a note to Customer Service on their website with no response at all (responses to be delivered in three working days). Bad product, bad customer service - many other options.
