  • ALL 1-STAR REVIEWS ABOUT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE ACCURATE!!! They sneakily bind you into contracts, withholding how financially binding they actually are, and all they say is, "oh just an easy $50 cancellation fee" if you want out. LIE. I don't mind contracts or admitting when I'm at fault. But I hate rudeness and liars. And that's all this gym seems to have. I am moving and wanted to cancel my membership. Called customer service and the woman was VERY rude, said I needed to provide ridiculous documents, like my a lease agreement, post office official change of address, and a new state issued drivers license. Otherwise I needed to pay the remaining balance of almost $500. She then said, "it's written in the contract clear as day." To which I said, well then whomever signs up new members is lying and withholding information because we NEVER would have signed a contract had we known this was the case, all we were told was there would be a $50 cancellation fee. This gym SCAMS you for all you're worth, and they don't give a damn about their members, and trick you into monetary binds and then tell you they don't exist.
