  • I really like my doctor here and so far have put up with the rude admin...which seems be legendary going by other reviews here. After my recent experience, I'm now considering switching doctors because I just can deal with the admin staff. The day before an overseas holiday I lost my anxiety pills, which of course put me in a panic. I called the staff telling them I urgently needed to get a refill. I made several attempts to reach her until they told me she had gone home for the day. At one point a receptionist had the nerve to make light of my situation and actually laughed at me. Despite the urgency, they never bothered to speak to the doctor until the next day. I literally got a call from my pharmacist as I was checking in for my flight. I had to borrow medication from a friend for my trip. If you have mental illness I would strongly suggest finding another clinic.
