  • What a place. This is a real no nonsense gym for people who want to work out. There is no shortage of machines or weights and several things you don't find in typical gyms. They have an area for Olympic lifting and a simulated grass area for longer range movements. There are usually a lot of trainers with clients here, cause this is not your typical stand and pose in the mirror place. The owner Shawn, really understands he is in the customer service business and makes everyone feel at home! Great gym to join.
