  • Jeremy responded quickly to my Yelp inquiry, we discussed what was needed, he quoted a reasonable price, we agreed and made an appointment for the following week. He and his crew arrived promptly, and went right to work. He gave us regular updates of the work and pointed out problem areas (air leaks to attic and outside) that needed handyman repair. Overall, his work was excellent - definitely FIVE stars. If you need your ducts cleaned - and what house doesn't? - then Jeremy is your guy. Follow-up was excellent. Sent me some pictures of a couple of problem areas (air leakage from the attic), where I needed handyman repairs. Also reiterated his offer to do a "no-charge" return chec. Definitely, a great customer service company. 5-Stars plus!
