This nail bar pretty much won me over at hello. My cousin was visiting from out of town and wanted to get her nails done for her birthday and found this place here on Yelp (seriously, what would we do without it?!). Anyways, she made an appointment for the both of us for the next hour on a Sunday. How great is that?! I was on my way and my cousin texted me, "it's so cute in here!" and it so is. I came in on the dot of my appointment and my pedi chair was awaiting me, water running and everything. It wasn't very busy at all for noon on the weekend. I quickly chose my color and went with the basic spa pedi. Please don't judge me but this pedi was about 2 months ago and the polish is still going strong! LOL. On to the gel mani. I wasn't sure what I wanted at all and luckily, Nancy made the suggestion of gold glitter fade and I trusted her judgement. It came out beautiful! I have darker skin and the pinky nude that I chose wasn't too opaque after 3 coats and she asked if I would like another coat and it wasn't a problem at all. And let me tell you, that mani stayed on FOREVER. It did not budge or chip again for 2 months. None of the home methods of removing gel polish worked. By the time I came back, it was still going strong. My second trip here to remove the first mani and get a new one wasn't as great as the first. I had the male nail tech and he did my polish flawlessly. It is still beautiful 2 weeks later. However, he is not as artistic. I asked him for a design, "something pretty" and he brought over the sample nails and suggested the zebra print and that's when I should've known! I ended up choosing a bow design with a diamond and it came out decent... from far away. But I applaud him for his effort! I will try to go with Nancy from now on!
