  • Went for a quick trim but felt more like a cia torture interrogation. During the wash, she made my ear bleed with her claws while asking me non stop questions about my life, even after it was clear I was uncomfortable. She kept walking away to help the other girl (who clearly didn't know how to cut hair) and talk to her friend that came in for a cut. Once the cut was complete, I was handed a mirror as she walked away. Still dripping wet, not even a fluff to see how the cut looks she walked to the register. Terrible experience, only reason it even gets the 1 star is because I went next door and found a nice new dentist.
