  • Alize is located at the 56th floor of Palms. It definitely has the most amazing views of Las Vegas. (add star) I love the atmosphere. The restaurant itself is very beautiful. Perfect lighting, romantic and intimate. The service was attentive and professional, except our server looked a little bit serious. If he can smile more, will be better. For Appetizers: -Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Roulade, Marinated Tomatoes, Egg Mimosa Lemon Shallot Vinaigrette ***It was so good. Very creative and nice presentation. Fine ingredients and I especially like the tomatoes. The only thing that I don't like is the cream cheese was a little bit too salty. -Crispy Sautéed Medallions of Calamari, Frisée, Clementines, AlmondsFennel Purée ***Very interesting dish. The crispy calamari was flavorful. For Entrée: -Ahi Tuna - I like it so much. The Ahi Tuna was fresh and tasty with the very creative sides. The whole dish was amazing. -Pan Seared Duck Breast, Foie Gras & Black Truffle Sausage, Spaghetti Squash, with Huckleberry Sauce ***The duck breast was very tender and juicy. Kinda disappointed from the dessert. It tasted ok. Overall, the whole dining experience was wonderful. Definitely one of the most romantic restaurants in Las Vegas.
