This greyhound is far better than the other stations I have been to, but not by much. There is a package express and customer service booth that is a lot more efficient than other stations as well.
I find that this station has a very confusing queue system. There are 6 terminals, four for departure and two for arrivals. The first terminal is for priority and women and children and the other 3 are based off of the order you line up in based on your ticket number. This queue system is only efficient if you bought your ticket at the station. For guests who bought their tickets online, the number doesn't actually show up so its a guessing game on where you line up if you don't ask.
The restrooms are much cleaner and there are several stalls that have an adequate stock of seat covers and toilet paper.
I wouldn't expect this place to be a luxury transportation station since it IS a greyhound station, so if you're looking for an easy and cheap way to get to and from Las Vegas then I would highly recommend this option for you.
Beware of taxis to the strip though! There are many individuals that claim to be independent taxi drivers in the area but there are no Lyft or Uber drivers here and I would NOT get into a car unless it was a licensed taxi.
