  • My watch needed a battery replacement. I went to a major jewelry store chain in Chandler where I had this done previously only to be informed that they didn't do battery replacement for high end watches because they had damaged too many beyond repair in the recent past! Yikes! Who would've thought replacing a watch battery would be so risky! They referred me to Ed's Shoe Repair, claiming the new owner was one of the best at handling fine watches. Not only did Ed's do it in about 5 minutes while I waited and obviously knew what he was doing, but they charged me very little.
