  • Had an unfortunate accident this morning while leaving the house... Ended up causing damage to the lowest panel of our garage door. After calling a couple of other places, and either no one answering or being told they did not have the part needed, I found the Ad for Pacific Experts Garage Door. What lifesavers they were! They almost immediately answered the phone, and were very pleasant from the start. I described my problem, and then asked whether they would be able to replace one panel or would they have to replace the entire door. They told me they would probably just be able to repair it, saving me a lot of money over replacement. I was really excited to hear this! I called at 8:15, and was given a time window of 8:30-10:30 THIS MORNING! Mark showed up at about 9:15, very pleasant and professional. I showed him the damage, and he quoted me a very fair price. After looking at the repair further, he made another suggestion to me, prior to starting the work. He did not pressure me, but I elected to take his suggestion and change one of the springs as well. Instead of costing me potentially over $500+ in parts and labor, I was quote what I believe a VERY fair price. He immediately got to work, and had the work done in a timely manner. I am extremely happy with his work ethic and the professionalism of this company. I could not believe they were able to be out there within an hour, and not charge emergency rates. I will recommend these guys to all my friends and co-workers! They did a fantastic job. Hopefully I will not need them again, but if I do, I know exactly who I am calling.
