Not the best company. Middle of a very hot summer our AC was set at 79 and was not getting lower than 82 degrees on the thermostat. Bill came over that day to look at the unit and after about 30 minutes told me the unit needed new blade, motor, and a couple other parts. After paying 89$ for service fee and 145$ for diagnostic I felt obligated to trust him and get new parts for unit from him. On his estimate of charges he charged me $435 for 3 hours of labor. Next day one of his employees came to replace parts he tells me it will only take 30 minutes. I called bill asking why he charged me 3 hours labor if its only going to take 30 minutes. He told me that the 3 hours included driving to mesa to pick up parts as well as he is paying for 2 guys to fix my unit (only one guy fixed my unit though). After all is said and done I paid him about 1800$. A couple weeks later a home inspector came to inspect our house because it is up for sale. Inspector checked AC unit and said it did not meet standards to pass inspection. Bell AC came to check to see why it didn't pass and said that we were 2 pounds low on freon. After paying all of that money for diagnostic I figured Worlock AC would have seen that we were low 2 pounds freon. They do not do a thorough job at Worlock, no one from the company ever came in the house to check to make sure everything was running thoroughly in the attic or seen that we were 2 pounds low on freon. Multiple people I know in the industry and AC business owners said we were overcharged for labor and also they should of noticed we were low freon. After calling to voice my complaints to the owner that we were overcharged for the labor and they did not do a thorough inspection he became very defensive and did not make the situation better for me and my family. I feel that no matter what your complaint is he is right. Bottom line is we payed $1800 and our AC was still not up to "standards".
