  • This place is the bomb and when it comes to their chicken or beef tacos they can't be beat! I love the look of the new place it is huge. It is always clean and they have a good drink selection too. I always get the foot long chorizo with beans and a cheese tortilla with plenty of salsa it is perfect! I have been going to Carolina's for years and I am so glad they built one in the west valley. I could not be happier! I would recommend the chimichanga, chips, and their guacamole is spicy and tasty.
