  • Greeted from the staff as soon as I walked through the double doors. They were quiet busy that Saturday afternoon but still managed to assist my girlfriend and I in a timely manner. Their lounge area is awesome with very comfortable couches and TV. They professionally answered all of our questions. I had a bike in mind that I really wanted, but they didn't have it in stock. They searched and found the bike I was looking for and were able to order it for me. Quick and easy. I ended up purchasing 2 bikes from them!! 2015 Electra Townie 7d (Vanilla) 2015 Electra Coaster 7d (Satin Black) - Special Ordered They were also nice enough to keep one of the bikes and store it until the special ordered bike got delivered. When the special ordered bike finally came in, they assembled it and called me to inform that its all ready for pick up. When my girlfriend and I came to pick up both of our bikes, they actually still remembered us and our names. That was pretty awesome. We were immediately helped and they adjusted our bikes to our own comforts. They also waved us "goodbye" as we rode away. I've been to other bike shops and none have treated me with such kindness and respect. Other shops would simply ignore you unless they feel you're actually going to buy something. And even then, they wouldn't have gone above and beyond like these guys have. I had a very personable experience and would highly recommend this bike shop!! 10 out of 10!! Thank you for your assistance. We are extremely satisfied with our purchases and will be back for accessories and future bikes!
