| - I came to PVP Sports with a group of 15 friends for a birthday party. From what I saw, their full list of activities includes archery tag, Nerf tag, jousting, and bubble soccer. It mostly takes place in their sizeable warehouse space, except for Nerf stuff, which is held in an office space in the back.
I think it's safe to say that how much fun you have at PVP depends a lot on the group of people who you go with. If you're there for some sort of office bonding experience, you'll probably have a pleasant time with some casual competition. But if you go with a group of competitive friends, you'll have a wildly entertaining day, likely marred by some minor bruises and lost bets.
If you have to pick a couple activities, I'd say opt for archery and bubble soccer because of their novelty. Archery tag is unexpectedly easy after a little practice, and it makes for great paintball-like games.
Bubble soccer is simply too much fun. The activity is playing soccer, but this is honestly just an excuse to tackle your friends with reckless abandon, and generally no consequences. I'd say leave this one for last, no matter what other activities you do. And word to the wise; take your glasses off if you play this. They will fly off your face if you're competitive.
I should also say that the Nerf tag is unexpectedly fun. I thought that it would be like the lame Nerf guns that you'd fire as a kid that would gently lob to maybe 3 meters. Thankfully, they provide you with rifles that fire with a good amount of momentum and range the length of the mini office arena.
Lastly, the jousting is more of a side activity, and not something that you'd come here specifically to do.
Good fun, good times, good facility.
