  • I had a special project I needed to have completed for my parents' 50th anniversary. At first I was treated very well upon my first visit but then when my order was completed and I went in to pick it up I was kept waiting for close to 20 minutes. Then a very rude English woman emerged not apologizing for keeping me waiting said my order was finally completed. I told the young man who rang me up how badly I was treated by her and he said to the effect that she's that way to everybody including the employees. So I asked for the manager's contact info and he provided it. So later I left the manager a voicemail describing in detail my experience and I never received a callback. This has been a month since writing this review. The expression "It takes a lifetime to find a customer but a minute to lose one" definitely rings true in this case. I will never do business with them again.
