  • Just received my move out statement over a month after moving out. I'm being charged $150 for food odor cleaning fee. I have never ever heard of this from any apartment I've lived in. I guess after being there 2 years I wasn't expected to cook? Maybe it's the same as being told to keep a window open when I showered to avoid the mold I had in my bedroom. This was the WORST experience ever. I would not recommend this apartment to a homeless person. My rent was lost the first 3 months of living there, I was sick due to mold, stove had to be repaired 5 times, and now this! I guess I'll write to corporate because the so called leasing staff doesn't give a damn.
