| - Sufficiently mediocre hotel. I unfortunately didn't arrive until nearly 1:30 AM, and when I went to use the bathroom discovered the toilet was clogged... aaannd overflowed, causing 2 inches of water to cover the entire bathroom floor. I called the front desk and the first response I got was "you can use the plunger in your room". That's nice enough, but what about the 2 inches of water that are about to ruin the new carpeting in the renovated rooms? They eventually offered to send some security offers to wipe up the floors and bring more towels. So that was nice enough.
I'm also not sure if the way we booked the rooms caused this, but please note housekeeping does not come daily. I was in a rush and left towels on the floor and bed, thinking they would get picked up and/or replaced during the day, but when I returned to the room that evening, they were still in the same place. Just something to keep in mind as you're being bratty and consuming way too much as you stay in a hotel.
Additionally, we've had issues with the wifi and the tv not working properly. Maybe that's just a one off and we got unlucky?
Having a full kitchen and living area, and washer dryer is nice, though. I think the studio rooms are $150 a night or so.. I think that's worth it. Being from NY/NJ, that's a typical price for a nothing hotel room, so maybe I'm skewed in terms of what to expect with hotel prices.
