Acura TL that was pearl white (which most people know is more costly since it is nearly impossible to match when repainted) and I must admit that the techs did a great job! I certainly can't tell that there is a new bumper on the car.
They did take the full 30 days that my insurance covered, so I was stuck in a rental car (which is okay as long as your insurance is paying for it).
Lastly, the service staff seems to be overwhelmed because I had terrible issues with communication and finishing my repairs. For example, I contacted my assigned staff member over five times to get an issue resolved... and it never was resolved...
