  • Laying in the sun isn't usually my thing. I have this natural tan thing going on and I hate being hot. But for some reason this pool is hard to resist; maybe because it was like 90 degrees and poolside at the palace seemed like a fantastic idea (or maybe because I was just itching to hop into that new bikini). We didn't have any trouble securing lounge spots to watch the action (and by action I mean eye candy and eye sores alike). The music was pretty good and the same stuff you hear at the clubs so this felt like a huge pool party. Drinks are pricey much like everywhere in Vegas and though the daiquiri seems like a good idea for a poolside treat (and comes with a double shot of rum) it is way too sweet so avoid unless that's your thing.
