  • Worst experience ever!!! First visit was good in the Queen. Reek office. My last pregnancy was high risk and I was very sick as I had explained at more first visit. Midwife reassured me that all my medical needs whatever that may be will be handled with care and if I end up having the same complications then they would transfer me to the Dr. First of all: I had to constantly prompt provider to do routine stuff like blood work, read my ultrasound as I was told by the women who did my ultrasound I had a pretty big cyst on one of my ovaries, had to prompt to read blood work results as the Midwife just laughter it off as if it were funny she forgot to even take the time to reveiw these. Second assistants seemed very confused and disorganized as to what things needed to be done. One would try and schedule and would have to let her m ow I was waiting for my blood to be drawn she then asked when did I finish my drink!! Um I'm only 6 weeks I'm waiting for the first set of blood work!! Omg then when I became very ill with hyperemisis and Midwife ordered a stat referall for homehealth, NOBODY bothered to touch even after I called daily to try and jump start. Every time I called they kept telling me to go to er. With no understanding that the er gets very expensive!! Had 2 hospital stays due to their negligence in 3 days because no one even looked at referall even though it was STAT! Kept getting one lie after the other. Finally went in 3 days after and put fire under their bottoms. Still staff continued to lie not knowing this whole time I had been in touch with my Insurance and knew nothing had been done. My insurance company notified me that I could initiate home health myself just needed procedure codes from Dr. They would not give to me just kept begging that I give them another chance. During exam with Midwife she noticed my blood pressure to be reading too high at these past few appointments and she would need me to see the Dr to address. Whoever She stated the Dr was way to busy to see me asap to get blood pressure under control for fear of me developing g preclamsia that she could schedule me 2-3 weeks out!! Then to top it off Midwife did voice her frustration as no one touched my referall until I came in that day to complain then she left room to return with an assistant who feed me some bull crap lie at beginning of appointment to then change her story( the Midwife) and lie to my face!! Uh the nerve. Had to constantly call that day to keep them moving on referall. Then.... the Midwife wrote the rx for homehelath all wacky!!!!! Homehealth nurses were soo frustrated as to why it was written the way it was as it made no sense. As I became sicker and sicker requiring more hydration fluids tried to contact anyone at momdoc to send a better prescription for homehealth was advised that they could not schedule me or transfer me to any working Dr!!!! Since being soo dehydrate my blood pressure dropped to 95/66!!! All I needed was more iv fluid!! They expected me to go to er!!! The whole point of being on homehealth is to avoid the er and take care of the hyperemisis at home!! I could go on and on how negligent they have been with my OB medical care. Do not recommend for high risk pregnancy or any pregnancy as I don't beleive they handle things in a very professional manner or are equipped for Ob care that may not be smooth sailing. I will be switching Ob as soon as possible will not return to any of Momdocs locations.
