3.5 stars Customer service, customer service, customer service. What happened to customer service. We pulled up in our rental car and they escorted us 50 yards to the hotel where we were told we would be on the second floor. The "bellhop" pointed up and then said "you're right up there, you probably don't need help with your bags". I replied "that is correct, took my bags, place the $10 bill I had out for him back in my pocket and proceeded to the second floor with my family.
The hotel was very nice, clean and accommodating. Restaurant was nice. Water Park was fun.
Looses points because they wanted you to pay, and pay alot, for Wifi.
