Had Brunch here today. I went around 10:00 am. If you pace yourself, they bring out different items after 11:00 am. Unfortunately I didn't. I can only tell you about the food I experienced. First I had the lobster eggs Benedict which I thought was very delicious. I tried the sushi, however I am a sushi snob and wasn't thrilled with it. Best of all was the King Crab. It's served cold but they will neat it for you. I thought the only had snow crab, but looks can be deceiving as the mix both kinds together. But it's easy to spot the King Crab.
Deserts were plentiful and there were many that I liked, including the round cheesecake and the carrot cake. I had the flan but it was a little dense. Would highly recommend experiencing this buffet at least once. Line moved very fast at 10:00 am. Practically non-existent!
