  • This will be the third time in two months that my fiancĂ© will have to take my ring back due to diamonds falling out! They said its normal but there's no way. My fiancĂ© paid more then enough for this not to happen but even if it was a cheap ring this shouldn't happen! Yes they have been great about taking it and repairing it but come on, one he waste time and gas to go there several times to drop it off and pick it up then two I go weeks with out my ring. I never thought I would say this but don't go here! Here we go again FOURTH time my ring has lost a diamond! I'm done I want our money back and they can have their crap jewelry back. Never buying anything from Kay again, the charms my husband bought for my Pandora bracelet broke after two months and my ring has lost diamonds for times in one year. We will be taking our business else where. Surprise surprise a diamond fell out AGAIN! Naturally they just keep fixing it and refuse to do anything else. I will continue to update this EVERY SINGLE TIME!
