  • EXCELLENT facility! State of the art equipment, very clean. While in waiting room, receptionist made a simple confirmation call and when done she growled, and threw her head down with her hands scrunching her hair. Appointment receptionist was knowledgeable and helpful. Dentist didn't tell me anything about my cavities. What teeth? Where? How bad? Didn't know I was getting a numbing shot when she stuck me with the needle. Didn't know drilling was going to be involved. Dr didn't acknowledge my concerns. I asked about a tiny chip in front tooth, if it could be filed (twice) and she ignored. I was just the next patient they needed to get out of there. Will look around my area for a family oriented dentistry vs. corporate dentistry!
