  • I have been using capstone as my property managers for my one bed condo in Glendale for three years - which is enough time to really assess them as property managers. I have to say, I could not be more satisfied with them! Evan, who is the point of contact for pretty much everything, is AMAZING! She is organized, professional, and just all around on-the-ball. I have actually never missed one day of rent in 3 years - which is pretty much all you can ask for from a property manager. The tenants have been satisfied, and I have been more than satisfied. I live on the East Coast now, so it is a huge relief to know that they are right there, taking care of everything, and I don't have to worry about a thing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
