  • This is a place I end up at a lot. It close and convenient. This is a pack and shop place, so I can unload all my shipping in one place. Exterior/Location: in a strip mall in downtown Chagrin Falls Interior: Plain and office like. It's not a good looking place. The lighting is dim. The interior can use a facelift. Maybe I'm being over critical of a pack and ship office, but in can use some visual interest other than cardboard. Vibe/Ambiance: zero. None. It's all business in here. Staff: they aren't over friendly. They are not enthusiastic. They just want to know if your label has postage or not. Clientele: It can be anyone looking to ship a package. Price: my items usually have postage, therefore I can't honestly comment. Must get items: Maybe cardboard boxes. Why I love or hate it: I appreciate the service they provide. There business make my life easier. Final thoughts: it's a great one stop shop shipping location.
