  • Did the online change of address form, to start on 10/23. For some reason my mail has already (10/16) been redirected to my new address. The confirmation email clearly states the start date as 10/23. I guess the postman can't read??? Prior incident, for some unknown reason the lock smith changed my lock. When I went to find out why and get my new key I had to argue with the employees about who changes the locks. They kept telling me the HOA handles the locks when I knew for fact they (USPS) do. When the employees finally realized they take care of the locks, they told me 7-10 days. Well, 5 weeks later and I finally got the correct key to the correct mail box. The ?manager?, can't remember her name, was very helpful and ended up hand delivering the correct key.
