  • This is my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. I count it as being better than that of the Eiffel Tower in terms of comparison. To recap what I had in all its glory, duck fat fries are a MUST for an appetizer. The truffle mac and cheese is divine. The foie gras was probably the best part of the meal other than my filet. Their cocktails were also incredible-I had an old fashioned and it was great. Can't say enough good things about this place. They pay attention to every little detail. The last time I was here I was with a group of people and we were going to catch a show (Phantom of the Opera) following dinner. Our waiter somehow caught wind of those plans and ushered our party out the back of the restaurant to a private driver who whisked us away into the Las Vegas night. THAT is the definition of service!!!
