  • DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Wish I could give 0 stars. What a freaking rip off! When I first called, they said it would be a $59 service fee which is fine. After the guy being there 10 minutes he sits me down to tell me my options. If I wanted him to just leave, it would cost me almost $300 for his "diagnosis" or $600 to hook up 4 faucets. Seemed crazy to me but I was in a bind and said ok. Immediately after 2 were leaking badly. Since they were supposedly under warranty I called them back out to fix but they said they didn't replace those valves and would cost me another $500 even though he said 4 were worked on and and would be good to go. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't ever call these dishonest crooks. Somehow their Google reviews are great which seems very strange after you read all the 2 stars on a more trusted yelp. Thanks for nothing Ben Franklin!
