  • The. Literal. Worst. These people cannot accomplish anything. They're incompetent. The sad thing? Nothing will ever change because they are a government monopoly on private mail delivery and we all have no CHOICE but to deal with them. Incredibly long lines, no parking, and I have already called 10 times and been on hold for over 10mins. This is so disappointing. I had to call again today and I have been on hold for 30mins. Issue still not resolved. The sad thing? I am on hold for a supervisor.
