  • Outstanding customer service!! Haus was very accommodating, friendly, and professional when helping me purchase a Christmas present for my mother. She had her heart set on on the iPhone 7+ Folio in monogram canvas. After calling around several LVs in the area we were actually told that the LV at the Crystal Shoppes had this item in stock! We rushed to the location and were very disappointed to find that the one they had in stock was on hold for another guest... they were apologetic but ultimately let us know that the Wynn location also had the phone case. We called ahead of time to have the product placed on hold and were ecstatic to see the beautiful piece in person. I wanted to have the phone case hot stamped but Haus informed us that because of the marathon happening later that day, they would be closing earlier than usual. Still, he assured us that he would try to get the hot stamp done same day- and if not it would be ready first thing tomorrow morning. Even so, he told us he was going to really push to have it done same day, and we would receive a call in about 3 hours to let us know which was fine because there were many other shops and dining locations around. Only an hour and a half later we got a call from Haus calling to let us know that my moms folio was ready for pickup! We were delighted and so pleased with the service by Haus. The service we received embodies excellent customer service and we are forever thankful to Haus that we didn't have to make a second trip to pick up the product. We will definitely return to this location and ask for Haus!
