  • I took my dog in today with a beautiful coat of fur I have taken him here in the past . I ask for a poodle cut he is a labradoodle and she told me she could do the cut if she ran into any problems with the cut she would call me . I get a phone call saying he would be done in 20 minutes I found it strange because it normally takes about about 3 hours she called a hour after I dropped him off . I picked him up only to want to cry he was bald she cut all his hair off . I was pissed I will never take my dog here again ever . I feel that she was lazy and did not care how he looked and just cut him the easy way it's 30 degrees out today he was so cold this is not okay I feel this is a place for a basic cut not skilled cuts at all I could have done a much better job then her ...I feel the cut was so bad I am not even sure that the lady that cut him has had any professional training at all the owner was nice about it and did shy she was sorry . But I feel this lady who cut my dogs hair should not be working in a grooming salon .
