I use UPS a lot for business. Unfortunately they seem poorly equipped (or lazy, or both) when it comes to their increased workload during the holidays. I had some paperwork that I shipped up to Salt Lake this past week - overnight - and included an overnight return label for the person on the other end to use to return it to me. It was a simple signature that I needed from them, and it represented a HUGE transaction. Then I called the company, and they had someone call me from dispatch - who hung up on me because I was supposedly "swearing." (I said *d**n* once - ONCE). I will tell anyone who will listen NOT to use this company - they provide the WORST customer service on the planet. This location is a complete joke.
