  • I bought around 7-8 bags of $60 (24lb per bag) dog food, and several $2 per can of wet food, at Bone Appetit in the span for 10 or so months. Four out of eight of those times they have been out of the dog food I get, two of which I STILL gave them business and bought the non Large Breed option for my dog. Last week, and the last time I was there to buy food for my dog, the older lady at the front just brushed off the fact that they are out of that food saying "nope, what's out is out" didn't bother to look in the back or even apologize of the inconvenience. Bone Appetit has a Loyalty Program, buy 9 bags get the 10th free. I wanted to continue buying my dog food here because I liked the program, but I have gotten so frustrated at the fact that every other time I come in here they do not have the food I need. My dog needs Large Breed, and I cannot switch food for him without slowly transitioning him to a new food. I could understand if they were out of the food once, but FOUR times? I can only imagine that I am not the only one who runs into this irritating problem seeing how frequently this happens to me. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere because I cannot keep spending this much money at a business who cannot supply for my dogs and my needs.
