  • We went to a different NTB 1 1/2 hrs before closing & they could not take care of us that day. We called Beachwood & John was very accepting and said bring your car in, they should be able to take care of the tire tonight. Once we got there, we were checked in immediately & car fixed within an hour. No extra "add on" issues/costs; they just repaired it. The facility was clean, modern and we will only use this location in the future. Good job Beachwood! Good honest business!!
