We had a unit installed last fall know our other unit was one the way out and it was cool enough not to worry about outside temperature. When finished they didn't test out the unit. Winter came and the heater wouldn't work we had a tech come out said it was our thermostat. We ordered a new thermostat from amazon after the tech told us not to buy theirs because they were overpriced. We installed the new thermostat and still I'd didn't work so we had a tech come out again he said it was wired wrong by the tech originally outside. Not that our winters are that cold but figured it should work. Now it hits 105 today and we turn the ac on for the first time and it turns on but no cold air. After checking unit, both high side and low side are hot. Meaning no or low refrigerant or many other great problems. The Tech won't be available for three days from now. A company that implies Comfort? Maybe when you don't need to use the hvac.
