  • When they first opened the service was on point and staff was very knowledgable. Nowadays it seems like your experience is dependent on who serves you. Seems like they are consistently understaffed. They have the Coke machine with a million flavors but are always out of classic flavors, what's up with that? Mainly only come here for the burgers since they're delicious and a great value. The ranch is bomb as well. I like the bao, but anything else I try is not to my liking. Fat Choy started out strong, the experience is just inconsistent now. But I definitely bring my friends here because it is worth it to give it a try.
