  • Nice people but so incompetent it's almost unbelievable. We applied for a home equity line of credit and every single thing has taken 5X as long as it should have due to mistakes and delays on their end. We finally closed on our loan nearly 6 weeks ago and they STILL haven't sent us the checks we need to use the funds. We've asked over and over again but they just can't get their act together.
