  • I received a letter from my HOA, so I went ahead and called Ben. I can't say enough good things about this company and the service they offer. They were able to take my payment over the phone, so I would not have to miss work to meet them, which was a HUGE help. When I got home, the driveway looked great. After Ben's initial cleaning, I did have a followup problem with my HOA, and I had thought it was because Ben missed a spot or something. I gave Ben a call and within a few hours he was at my house checking out the problem. The problem was NOT oil/drit, but it was a problem with the actual cement (the previous owner did something dumb). This should not have been Ben's concern at all, but he still came back the following day to see if he can treat it with bleach to help me out. I also received a followup call from him, checking to see if there was anything else I needed. These guys really know how to take care of their customers. I would definitely recommend giving them a shot if you need your driveway cleaned. Such a pleasure to work with them!
