  • I booked a room before reading the Yelp comments. Then I tried to cancel it. I had booked a discounted rate and wasn't able to cancel. I was petrified to stay here after what I had read. We were expecting the worst and were pleasantly surprised. The room was huge and beautiful. Great customer service and everything seemed clean and maintained. We had family commitments and weren't able to spend much time there but will definitely come back. The 2 reasons I gave it 4 stars is the stupid 10 am checkout and there was a little spout in the roof of our shower that started draining water into the shower in the middle of the night. It was dripping so loud that it woke us up. The water started and stopped randomly but dripped pretty much the whole weekend. Super annoying and disturbing. Not sure I want to know where the water was coming from. The shower upstairs? Kinda gross to think about. We ended up having to put a towel on the floor of the shower and close the bathroom door to sleep. We loved our stay and will for sure be back.
