  • My 90 year old grandmother was arriving for a week long visit when my ac quit working. It was after 5pm when I called and I was surprised they were able to send someone that evening. Everyone was polite and transparent. Ray fixed my problem and explained everything to me. I appreciated his respectful attitude; I look young and often get treated poorly by service people: they treat me like I'm stupid and don't have time to explain "complicated ideas" to me. Not the case with Ray! He not only verbally told me information, but he showed me how things worked on the unit. I have great confidence in this company and I will use them from now on! It's nice when there is a solution to your problem, but especially comforting not to get ripped off!
