  • After noticing a strong smell emanating from the water softener and heater area, I called American Home and the technician was here within an hour. Higi was knowledgeable, respectful and informative realizing it was not a gas leak on the heater but burning and leakage on the older digital softener unit. He explained the process throughout and even cleaned up salt residue which had been leaking from the resin tank. I am now in the process of getting a new softener and will be using American Home from now on for any a/c or water unit needs. Well done! I am so glad I found American Home Water and Air.
