So this may sound blasphemous to all the people lined up outside Uncle Tetsu, but just solely based on the cheese tart, I'd pick Love Me Sweet. While Tetsu's cheesecake is a lot better (more flavorful and richer), the cheese tarts at Love Me Sweet are much smoother, creamier and overall taste lighter without losing that milky cheese flavour that you crave. So why just 3 stars then? Well, the crust is a bit 'gritty' (which I like but I know I'm in the minority here), and it's also a tad too crumbly. Plus 1 tart costs $4.50 with tax, which is a bit more expensive. (Tip: A box of 3 costs $11+ so might go with that next time to try their other 2 cheese tart flavours - green tea and chocolate.)
Overall though, I'd go back if I were in the mood for a cheese tart. And I wouldn't have to wait in such long lines to get it.
