  • I have never left a negative Yelp review before, but I think this one is warranted. I dealt directly with the owner on a repair call this week, and it was an unpleasant experience from start to finish. Upon arriving, he seemed surprised at the nature of our problem, despite my having clearly described it on the phone (guess he wasn't listening). He made no secret of the fact that he was in a hurry to leave, and while he eventually completed a partial repair, he left a mess in his wake. The repair was bordering our lawn which had been recently planted with winter grass, and he threw all the dirt that he removed directly onto the lawn. I guess he was in too big a hurry to get a tarp or a few buckets. Of course it didn't come up cleanly. Two hundred dollars later, my original problem is not fully fixed, and a good portion of my previously pristine lawn will be a muddy mess for weeks, which was entirely preventable with just a little bit of care. This company will not be coming back to my property. Update after reviewing Lance's comment: My review was entirely factual and I do not view it as "rude". The problem (which I agree was a complicated one) was exactly as I described to him on the phone and should have come as no surprise. Also please note that there is no mention made in the response of my primary complaint, the totally unnecessary damage to my lawn, which is now shown in my profile photo...judge for yourself.
