  • Went here for the first time about a month ago and left more than pleased. The man working was very knowledgable about the meat and was patient with me because I wasn't sure what I really wanted since it was my first time at a butcher. He explained the meats and seasoned the 2 NY strips for me. I grilled the steaks 2 days later and they were delicious. I will be going here for my meat all the time now!
