  • Went in for my first time for a simple nail color change. Walking in I didn't know where to turn, the place is huge. And quiet. There was no other customers, yet the front desk had to go see if the lady could look at my nails and see if she could help me. I felt interrogated about why I didn't want anything extravagant, and when I was told $5, I handed her a $10 and she just pocketed it, no ask about change. She applied clear coat and said it dries in 2 minutes but looked at me like she wanted me to go away then. Very disappointed in the customer service of this place. Especially because I live right here and would love to try their massages and tanning. I'll just stick to Infinity Nails.
