| - Pretty disappointed in the lack of service this evening. Usually service is good, sometimes slow, sometimes mod friendly than other times, but none the less, it's two minutes from my house so I am there at minimum, several time per week. After a long day, Pulling up to the drive thru screen at 859 to try and order a triple espresso quickly this evening so that I have my coffee for work in the morning, having the person to tell me sorry they are closed... Usually there is no one there to respond if they are closed.. but since technically they should still be open and she did say something, I said "hi there! is there any way you can please make a triple espresso super fast??" Unfortunately, instead of the expected great service of "of course! My pleasure to assist, not a problem at all!" I was told that she apologized but she had "already broken down the hoppers". I'm not sure why anything would be broken down before closing time, especially for the most basic request someone would have from a coffee shop. Being a neighborhood resident and regular, I hope that this feedback encourages management to ensure that employees are staying fully set up until 9pm, or even think about a later closing time, as especially in a college town, there is a large demand for coffee and 9pm is an earlier closing time to begin with. Without my coffee and having to figure this out still tonight or sit in a super long line in the morning is Not an awesome start to my Friday. The closing up crew at this location this evening definitely has an opportunity to do better in a similar situation next time...
