  • So I liked them until after they left I noticed the right handle from the sink in our master bath was damaged! This after they charged $199 for the cleaning (not the best price after doing research). They unscrewed the handle and did not bother to screw it back on and when I tried to screw it back on it does not screw on properly. I'm not sure why they thought it was a good idea in the first place to unscrew it. I found this out AFTER they left AND that's because I also tipped them! Just shows you how dishonest they are if they are willing to TAKE a tip after knowing they damaged property in our home. This home is brand new it was built last year--2017 so it's not like it's an old handle. The older lady was a little nosey I can handle that but damaging property without saying anything to me? The girl on the phone of course didn't offer any kind of discount just said they will be given a "warning". Yea ok. DISHONEST. Totally regret using this company and also tipping the ladies. Use another company! Oh yea, they also charge an additional $5 if you pay with card. Really? I asked if we can pay cash she stated, "well no but we can honor it this time". Huh? Who doesn't take cash these days. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!
